1. Processing Time

  • Pre-made Items: Orders for pre-made items will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-ordered Items:  Processing Time: Preorder items require 4-8 weeks for processing before shipping.
       b. Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated before the 8-week processing period has concluded are considered premature and should be overturned immediately. By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.

2. Shipping Methods and Timelines

  • We offer the following shipping methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping method selected, and destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or the courier’s website.

5. Order Delays

  • In some cases, orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as high order volume, holidays, customs delays, or inclement weather. We appreciate your patience in such instances and will make every effort to notify you if there is a significant delay.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
